The first thing people generally do when they decide to lose weight is to decide how? Which diet? But really they need to go back one step further and make a decision and a goal, and once that decision is made, stick to it! That way they will not be tempted by something that they know will sabotage their diet. Perhaps if they made their own set of rules and decide to stick to them, it would make life easier. But the real secret is to make the decision in the first place.
